Are you Managing Flow? Introducing Flow Metric Templates!

We continue to expand our quantitative templates offering to fulfill our mission of providing transformation leaders with a comprehensive view of their change initiatives.

We recently released Team Flow Metrics and Multi-Team Flow Metrics templates. These templates include improvement metrics defined in the Kanban Guide from our friends at ProKanban.org for applying Kanban as a strategy to any framework or process.

These templates directly complement our ProKanban Assessment, which focuses on Kanban's six core practices. Cumulative results in our dashboards enable easy identification of cause (improvements in practices) and effect (movement in metrics).
