🎯 Custom Member Attributes: Tailored Insights At Scale

One of the standout features of our new release is Custom Member Attributes, specifically designed to benefit consultants, executives, and change leaders.

This feature enables specific participant data collection, allowing for easier ways to aggregate results at scale. By adding this function to assessments, organizations can scale their improvement efforts effectively, ensuring targeted and impactful outcomes.

Whether you're managing a team or driving organizational change, Custom Member Attributes provide the insights needed to make informed decisions and spearhead growth.

How It Works:

1. Create Custom Member Attributes:

   • With Admin permission level, navigate to Organization Setup and select Member Attributes.
   • Here, you will find an Out-of-the-Box Role Attribute with 12 predefined roles. You can add new custom attributes to match your organizational needs (e.g., "Office Location," "Department").

2. Enable Member Attributes in Capability Templates:

   • Select the Capability Template you want to modify and click View/Customize.
   • In the Template Builder, scroll to the Template Member Attributes section and click Edit.
   • Check the boxes next to the custom attributes you want to collect from participants.
   • Save your changes to apply these attributes to future assessments.

3. Launch and View Results:

   • Once the template is launched into an assessment, participants will be prompted to provide information based on the selected Member Attributes.
   • After the assessment is complete, the results can be viewed in the Capability Drilldown’s Vote Tab for each capability or in the Results Information Widget within the Insights Canvas.

By using Custom Member Attributes, you can gain deeper insights into how specific groups within your organization contribute to overall performance, helping you make informed decisions that drive growth and improvement.

💡 Capability Prompts: Driving Engagement and Solutions

Capability Prompts is another innovative feature that addresses the needs of consultants and change leaders. This tool offers customizable prompts, enabling the gathering of specific, actionable feedback from team members. The intuitive interface ensures that feedback management is seamless, fostering deeper engagement and accelerating your problem-solving processes. By tailoring feedback prompts to specific needs, organizations can tackle challenges head-on and implement effective solutions swiftly.

How It Works:

1. Add Prompts in the Template Builder:

   • With Admin permission level, navigate to Capability Templates and select the one you want to modify or create a new template from scratch.
   • In the Template Builder, scroll to the Capabilities section.
   • Select the capability you want to add prompts to, then click the Prompts tab.
   • Click Edit Prompts (or Edit Capability for custom capabilities) and either add a new prompt or select from a dropdown of existing prompts.

2. Customize the Prompts:

   • Decide whether the prompts should be Required or Optional.
   • Use the up/down arrows to rearrange the order in which the prompts appear during the assessment.
   • Save the template to apply the prompts.

3. View Responses:

   • When the assessment is launched, participants will see the capability prompts in a sidebar alongside the voting area. In Separate Mode, participants can respond to prompts before or after voting. In Together Mode, responses must be provided before moving forward.
   • Once completed, responses can be viewed in the Capability Drilldown’s Comments Tab or through the Capability Details Dashboard for a comprehensive view of all responses.

With Capability Prompts, organizations can capture more structured and meaningful feedback, leading to faster, more effective solutions.

Understanding that every team is unique, our Generic Stage Names provide the flexibility needed to accommodate various growth stages and methodologies, including non-agile. This enhancement supports kanban and service-based teams, ensuring a consistent user experience across diverse organizational structures. By offering generic stage name, we empower teams to optimize their processes and achieve their goals, regardless of their approach.

How To Set It Up:

1. With Admin permission level, navigate to the Account Page and select Organization Details.
2. Click Edit Organization Settings and uncheck the option to Use Agility Stage Names.
3. Log out and back in to apply the changes across the platform.

With Generic Stage Names, you can customize stages to suit your processes, helping your teams optimize their workflows regardless of their methodology.
