Improving Outcome Prioritization, Result Visibility, and AI Performance

This release focuses on improving how organizations prioritize what matters, understand results more clearly, and act with greater confidence.

From introducing Outcome Weightings to enhancing how votes are analyzed across roles, and upgrading our AI capabilities, these updates are designed to bring more clarity, alignment, and impact to how you turn insights into action.

🎯 Outcome Weightings

Admins can now define Weighting of the targeted Outcomes directly within the Outcomes screen.

• Weightings apply automatically across Results as long as they are defined
• Users cannot modify these weightings within the Results Coaching Assistant
• Weightings can be set at the Organization, Group, or Entity level, and cascade down to all descendants
• These weightings are used to prioritize Recommended Capabilities in Results

This enables a more intentional and aligned approach to prioritization—ensuring recommendations reflect what matters most to your organization.

📊 Results Drilldown: Rating by Role

You can now view average ratings by Role (or any custom attribute) within Results drilldowns.

How to access:
Results → Open any drilldown (Overall, Dimension, Outcome, Capability) → Votes tab → Toggle “Show Rating by Role”

• Displays the average of individual votes per row
• Provides a single, easy-to-compare metric per Role (or attribute)
• Helps quickly identify differences in perception across groups

This makes it easier to spot alignment gaps and patterns across roles at a glance.

🤖 AI Model Upgrade (GPT-5)

We’ve upgraded our AI capabilities to the OpenAI GPT-5 model family.

• AI Improvement Recommendations and AI Comment Summarizer upgraded from GPT-4 → GPT-5

This upgrade brings improved reasoning, clarity, and overall quality—helping you turn insights into more meaningful actions.
