New Assessment Summaries, Admin Upgrades & AI Webinar

This release focuses on making administration easier, improving visibility into assessments, and giving organizations more flexibility in how they support users.
From new assessment summaries and participant exports to custom Facilitation Guide links and setup improvements, these updates are designed to help you manage assessments faster and with greater clarity.
📊 Manage Assessments Summary & Reporting
A new summary section has been added to the Manage Assessments page between the filters and results table. This summary automatically reflects the exact assessments shown based on active filters and user permissions.
Assessment Summary Includes
- In Progress Assessments
- Completed Assessments
- Canceled Assessments
- Total Assessments
Participant Summary Includes
- Not Started Participants
- In Progress Participants
- Completed Participants
- Total Participants
Additional Improvements
- New Participants Completed column added to the table

New Participant Export: You can now export participant data for all assessments in view to CSV or Excel. Includes participant details, status, capabilities answered, roles, and member attributes when available.
This gives administrators faster reporting and a clearer understanding of participation progress.
🔗 Custom Facilitation Guide Override
Admins can now provide their own Facilitation Guide link within Organization Settings.
When enabled, the custom guide link will appear throughout the platform, including:
- Result Dashboards
- Capability Templates
- and other in-app guide locations
This allows organizations to direct users to internal playbooks, training resources, or custom guidance.
✨ Additional Improvements
Additional updates include:
- UI style refinements
- Invited users added as participants: when launching an assessment, inviting a registered user now also adds them as an official participant.
- Updated GDPR Certification for 2026
