📊 Custom Display Order for Dimensions & Outcomes
Organizations now have more flexibility in how results are displayed throughout the platform.
Dimensions and Outcomes can now be configured with custom display orders so your Results Dashboards reflect the flow and priorities that matter most to your organization.
- Results Dashboards now automatically follow your configured order
- If no custom order is configured, dashboards will follow the default platform order
Why It Matters
This allows organizations to present results in a way that better aligns to internal priorities, transformation goals, and executive storytelling.
Instead of forcing your teams to adapt to a predefined reporting structure, LAI now adapts to the narrative and flow that best supports your organization’s decision-making and improvement journey.

🔍 Smarter Results Comparison Experience
We’ve made several improvements to Results Comparison to help organizations understand performance trends and alignment faster.
- Compare dropdowns are now organized into:
- Parent Groups
- Additional Groups
- Updated comparison visuals now use Orange styling to better align with the Capability Trends experience and improve visibility
Why It Matters
These updates make it easier to quickly identify gaps, alignment patterns, and opportunities between teams and organizational structures without requiring manual setup every time.
The result is a faster and more intuitive way to understand how performance changes across the organization.
🌡️ Group Heatmap Enhancements
We’ve updated the Group Heatmap experience to make large-scale data analysis easier and more actionable.
- Aggregate totals now appear at the top of the table for faster visibility into overall results
- New Level Filter: Groups (Direct Descendants)
- View only the Groups that are direct descendants of the currently selected Group
Why It Matters
These improvements help leaders focus more quickly on the data that matters most while reducing noise from unrelated organizational levels.
The new filtering experience also makes navigating complex organizational structures significantly easier.
