  • The new Summary widget provides a simple, centralized overview of organizational health and improvement activity.
  • This widget acts as a fast starting point for understanding current state before diving deeper into Results.
• 📈 Overall Rating Breakdown
  • The new Overall Rating Breakdown widget provides a much deeper view into organizational performance across Dimensions and Outcomes.
  • This creates a clearer picture of how teams, groups, and organizations are performing across the areas that matter most.
• 🔥 Direct Descendants Heatmap
  • Our beloved Heatmap experience is now more integrated into the Insights Canvas.
  • The Direct Descendants Heatmap helps leaders quickly identify patterns across Groups and Entities by visualizing Ratings across Dimensions or Outcomes in a single view.
• 📈 Capability Trends Since Previous Assessment Period
  • Quickly identify the Capabilities with the greatest improvement or decline compared to the most recent assessment period.
  • This helps organizations better understand short-term movement and emerging trends.
• 📈 Capability Trends Since First Assessment Period
  • View long-term Capability growth by comparing current Ratings against the very first assessment period.
  • This provides a clearer view into transformation progress over time.
• 🎯 Top Capabilities by Closed Improvement Actions (IAs)
  • Highlight the Capabilities with the highest number of completed Improvement Actions to better understand where meaningful progress is being made.
  • This helps connect Results insights directly to completed improvement work.
• 🚩 Top Capabilities Marked for Improvement
  • Quickly identify the Capabilities most frequently marked as Goals or Impediments across teams.
  • This helps organizations focus conversations and improvement efforts on the areas creating the greatest impact.

The Results information has been redesigned to surface the most important information immediately and let you expand for more information in Show Results Information.

The updated header now provides faster visibility into:

• Selected Entity, Group, or Organization
• Assessment period and trend timeframe
• Number of participants
• Number of assessed Entities
• Number of assessed Capabilities
• Templates included in the Results calculations

This gives users immediate context around the data being analyzed—without needing to navigate away from the page.
